Terms of Service

Last updated: March 24, 2026

1. Agreement

By accessing or using the AtlasMCP Hosted service (“Service”) operated by Think Neverland (“we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AtlasMCP Hosted is a managed, multi-tenant MCP (Model Context Protocol) server provided as a Software-as-a-Service. It provides AI-assisted development tools including code intelligence, session memory, dependency analysis, and database introspection. A self-hosted, open-source version is available separately under the MIT License at free.atlasmcp.dev.

3. Account & Access

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. Authentication is handled via magic link email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API tokens. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription & Billing

The Service is offered at a single yearly subscription price. Payment is processed through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each year unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your dashboard; access continues through the end of your billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share API tokens or allow unauthorized access to your account
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent service protections
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Overwhelm the Service with unreasonable request volume (rate limits apply)
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service without written permission

6. Your Data

You retain all rights to code, documents, and content you process through the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service. We isolate tenant data and do not share it across accounts.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Think Neverland shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to allow you to export your data before deletion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
